Many amenities available IN our Horizon South Resort: hot tub, 4 pools, tennis, pickleball, basketball, billiards, fitness room, shuffle board, mini golf.
*Resort amenities are shared and require $20 arm band for access. Good for entire stay.
*Renter must be 25 or older

Snuggled into Panama City Beach at the Horizon South Resort we offer:
• Breakfast, lunch, dinner in walking distance at Mike's Cafe & Oyster Bar or Coconuts Restaurant
• Seafood Capital of the South: 12 mi to Capt Anderson's Restaurant and Schooners, 6 min to Dusty's Oyster Bar & Eatery
• 2 mi to Pier Park shopping experience
• 5 min to Frank Brown Park
• 14 mi to Shell Island at St Andrews Bay State Park
• 1 mi to Winn Dixie (grocery), 2 mi to WalMart
• 3 mi to Gulf World. Swim with the dolphins!

The entire condo and deck area is yours alone to roam freely.
*Amenities such as pools and hot tub, etc are shared by all resort guests.

Additional notes

*Renter must be 25 or older

• Smoking and vaping is allowed on deck but not in condo.

• Coffee maker holds KCups ;)

• This is a second floor rental.

• This condo is a 2 min walk to the beach. Beach view not included.

• Entire condo is one bedroom 770 sq ft. Sleeps 6 max.

• Accidents happen, if anything gets broken, please let know so we can fix or replace it for our next guest.

• We provide a "welcome basket" of supplies to get you started with your stay (i.e.: toilet paper roll, paper towel roll, dish washer pod, wash machine pod, coffee pod.) Extended stays may need to purchase extra supplies.

• Sadly, no guest dogs allowed in Horizon South Resort or on our beach.

We allow you a flexible self check-in upon arrival after 4pm because everyone loves that!
Nothing to do upon check-out except take out the trash, lock the door behind you and text me. Sooo smooth!

Neighborhood overview

This is a family-friendly, tame resort that is literally an easy two minute walk to the beach.
Horizon South Resort has well lit areas and a gated community.
You will not find elevators, tall buildings, or huge parking garages to waste your time in.
Neighbors are respectful of quiet time at 11pm.
Staying at Seabean Condo you are a few minutes drive from delicious food, beautiful beaches, and great adventure! Although 2 restaurants are within walking distance, I recommend you have a vehicle to explore Panama City Beach and surrounding area.

Getting around

Worried about beach parking? Leave your car at the condo and walk. It's that easy. Literally 2 minutes.
Want to eat out every meal? Walk to Mike's Cafe & Oyster Bar or Coconuts Restaurant for 3 meals a day if you wish.
Running out of necessities? A close Winn Dixie Grocery and Dollar General will probably have what you are looking for. Both 5 minutes away.
Uber is not wonderful in Panama City Beach but is available. I recommend a vehicle at this location to explore all that PCB has to offer.
